Q: Can I recycle the packaging my item was shipped in?
A: Yes! Our items come either shipped in recyclable boxes with recyclable tape or in a biodegradable bag that will decompose in your garbage. Our aim is to reduce as much waste associated with our company by using sustainable shipping products.
Q: Do you make the clothes?
A: Yes and No, while we started out making items, we now work with fair trade designers from around the globe to bring new and unique designs straight to your wardrobe.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship Domestic via United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority shipping. If you need faster shipping, please notify us at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We charge a Flat Rate for Shipping on orders:
$5 will be applied in shipping costs to single item orders
$10 will be applied in shipping costs to multi orders under 5 pounds
$15 will be applied in shipping costs to large orders consisting of bulkier buys and orders of 3 items or more

Processing time
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing time is between 3-5 business. days. Estimated shipping times across North America: 3-5 business days but not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Tribal Chic Boutique is not responsible for delays due to postal services.
Exchange & Returns Process
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us right away. We accept exchanges / returns within 14 days of product arrival. Items must be unused for a full refund to take place.

- Once we receive your return/exchange, we will send a confirmation email.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit/refund. We approve all exchanges/returns as long as the garment is in unworn condition.

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
